Refund Policy

Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from date of delivery to request a return or exchange, in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection law.

Return Process

  • Contact us within 14 days to request a return.

  • Send back the item at your cost (unless defective or wrong item shipped).

  • Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of return.

Refund Handling

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges (outbound) are non-refundable, except in case of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges
We may replace items if stock is available. If not, you’ll be offered a refund.
